• The management will ensure to prevent unauthorized tampering or alteration to the electronic prospectusand Information Memorandum and Electronic Application Form.

• The preventative measure taken does not hinder downloading or printing out a hardcopy of the electronic Prospectus / Information Memorandum and electronic Application Form.

• In the event of a system failure, the Prospectus / Information Memorandum and also the Application Form can be taken at the Head Office of AmanahRaya Investment Management Sdn. Bhd.

• The investment decision made by the investors should be on the decision made on the basic of the Prospectus/ Information Memorandum, and not the advertisement, promotional material or other information material.

• The issuance, circulation or distribution of the electronic Prospectus/ Information Memorandum, electronic Application Form, advertisement is in Compliance with UTF Guidelines & and the UTF advertising Guidelines.

• The contents posted on the internet sites and other electronic medium to comply with regulatory requirements. • The management company will be regularly updated on any information posted on the website.

• Restriction on having any enhancement or differences in the electronic prospectus, save for those that are permitted.

• To provide the SC with access to and copies of the records.

• ARIM Unit Trust will retain a copy of the format and information displayed to its client when accessing on electronic Prospectus and electronic application form for a period of 7 years.

• ARIM Unit Trust will take remedial action to rectify any breach of security or systems failure, including the inability to access the electronic Prospectus and will immediately report to the SC.
